For entrance to Grade 7Normally, we would invite your daughter to "Spend A Day At ECS". They would meet one-on-one with Admissions Committee members, including the
Head of School and spend time with current students and faculty. Parents would also have the opportunity to meet with the
Head of School to learn more about our culture and community.
Students applying to Grade 7 would also be asked to write the Brisson Legris
Common Admissions Test. The agency would then sends the scores to the schools to which the child is applying.
In response to the challenges associated with COVID-19 and our desire to ensure the health and safety of all, the Common Admission Test for students entering grade 7 in September 2021 has been suspended for the coming year. We will create a portrait of each applicant through report cards, teacher confidential forms, personal interviews (child and family), and virtual Spend-A-Day meetings with ECS student buddies. Unfortunately, we will not be hosting in-person events.
