About Andrea

Meet ECS’s Pre-University Coordinator


With 15 years in higher education, Andrea Taylor brings expertise in programme design, skills development, and career readiness, among other areas. She has dedicated her career to guiding students through important transition points, helping them build confidence, explore their interests, and take meaningful next steps. Before joining ECS, Andrea developed and led Concordia’s FutureBound, the university’s flagship skill development programme for undergraduate students and recent graduates. She also served as a Career Advisor at McGill University. As ECS Pre-University Coordinator, Andrea leads an innovative programme grounded in ECS’s mission, guiding young women through a defining year of growth and preparation for the future.

ECS is a private school for girls that offers educational services in English from kindergarten to secondary 5, leading to the secondary school diploma (MEQ).
