We Got STEM Heat!

At ECS, we believe that girls from Kindergarten to Grade 11 will develop a mind of my own through explorations in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, also known as S.T.E.M. subjects.

That’s why both inside and outside of the classroom, our students engage in a challenging, integrated curriculum that cultivates innovation and creative problem-solving, while building scientific and mathematical literacy.

From bee-keeping to robot-building, our learning spaces are a “hive” of activity! After-school clubs such as Robotics and 3-D Math extend and enhance the curriculum.

ECS students also participate in challenging out-of-school learning opportunities, such as The Annual Shalheveth Freier Physics Tournament, organized by the world-renowned Weizmann Institute of Science.

Senior Students who want to delve into a particular area of interest—Mechanical Physics, Neuroscience, or Marine Biology, for instance—can take advantage of our association with the Online School for Girls, or create their own independent study course, and work with an in-school mentor, as well as outside experts.

The possibilities are as limitless as our girls’ curiosity!
